The acquisition of these materials is necessary to guarantee the correct execution of the conservation and maintenance works of the buildings, dependencies and municipal facilities that are the competence of this Area, so that the personnel of the same can have the elements required to carry out the repairs and reforms that are required, in order that, at all times, said buildings and facilities are in the proper conditions of use and complying with the regulations applicable to them, thus preserving and improving the municipal heritage. It is also necessary to acquire these materials for the development of the works that are required on public roads, within the scope of competences of this Area, in order to guarantee citizen security.
