This open invitation to tender is subject to the provisions of Articles 25-I.1º and 67-68 of Decree 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public procurement. This is a framework agreement for subsequent contracts with a maximum annual amount set at EUR 180 000 excluding taxes with up to 3 economic operators applying Articles 78 and 79 of Decree 2016-360. It is not made to be decomposed in slices. Provisional date of notification: March 2019.
