This contract is a framework agreement signed by the Walloon Region with the aim of:

- the supply of multifunction devices and their consumables (except paper);

- delivery of supplies, sporadic over time and geographically dispersed, to around 250 delivery points spread over the territory of the Walloon Region and the Brussels-Capital Region;

- the installation and assembly of the multifunction, including the connection of the multifunction to the network of the SPW and the user entities and any extension elements ordered subsequently (finishing unit, additional cassette, additional memory, software, etc.);

- user training when installing the MFP (minimum 30 min user training);

- maintenance of multifunction devices in the form of an omnium contract for a minimum period of five years, renewable three times for a period of one year.
