This contract is a supply and services contract entered into in the form of an open tendering procedure pursuant to Article L. 2124-2 of the Public Order Code. The town of Beaugency and the residence residence "Les Belettes" are constituted in group of orders, the coordinator is the city of Beaugency. Each lot will be awarded to a single operator.
