The target of the procurement is the cleaning services of the Helsinki campuses of the University of the Arts Helsinki, which are described in more detail in the appendices to the invitation to tender.

THE TENDER MUST BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INVITATION TO TENDER

The tender must be made taking into account all the requirements of the invitation to tender (e.g. the contract, the suitability requirements for the tenderers, the description and minimum requirements of the procurement object, the YSE terms, etc.).
