Soha Housing wishes to appoint a company(s) to maintain the communal grounds on Soha's estates and communal areas around general needs block of flats, sheltered and extra care schemes in Oxfordshire and the surrounding districts. Work includes the cutting and collection of grass, maintenance of planted areas and borders, trees and hedges, hard landscaping and leaf and litter collection. The contractor will also be expected to grit paths and hard standings as required and provide a monthly grass cutting service to approximately 75 Soha tenants from April to October and a costed assisted gardening service to Soha tenants.
