Housing and components The system must be supplied with all components for installation in a 19" rack cabinet. Array components, i.e. fans, power supplies must be fully redundant to ensure an adequate level of safety.

1. The Contracting Authority orders and the Contractor undertakes to perform a service consisting of the following activities:

1) delivery and implementation of a disk array in the Ordering Party's infrastructure along with 3 years of technical support from the manufacturer in accordance with the demand provided by the Ordering Party, described in the Description of the Subject of the Contract, constituting Annex 2 to the contract,

2) migration of block and file data from the existing disk array to a new device,

3) maintenance of equipment and all elements provided by the Contractor and substantive support for the duration of this contract,

4) conducting training for indicated employees of the IT Team on the functionality of the new device and configuration techniques,

2. The Contractor shall deliver the device being the subject of the contract brand new, unused, manufactured in 2023, complete, technically functional with drivers. The device will meet the technical and quality requirements specified by the manufacturer of the product.

3. The Contractor shall perform the contract in accordance with the art, good practices and applicable law and shall be responsible for the quality and timeliness of implementation, as well as for the fact that the persons performing the subject of the contract have the necessary knowledge and experience for the proper performance of the contract.
