The Management and Infrastructure team currently uses Antea Group's BOR management system GBI version 6.3.7. Together with Geo-information, objects in public space are registered and managed. The municipality has the basic data (object data) in order, but would like to align with the national standards in order to be able to exercise even better management on public space. By automating processes and linking systems with each other, the exchange of data becomes easier and the management of municipal capital goods can be organized more efficiently and effectively. In addition, the municipality wants to use the management software more widely by using the standards for, among other things, inspecting, planning and budgeting, making specifications, registering work and sharing data to better inform residents. The current GBI is no longer being further developed, as a result of which it no longer meets the requirements and wishes of the municipality.
