Purpose and scope

The purpose of the procurement is to sign framework agreements for services regarding operation and maintenance in Växjö Energi Elnät's local and regional networks as well as high-current facilities belonging to Växjö Energi's production facilities.

The need varies and maintenance work is conducted both as periodic maintenance, condition-based maintenance and corrective maintenance. The customer is looking for a service provider with the skills, resources and experience to carry out operation and maintenance measures of premises, regional networks and production facilities. The commitment covers plant parts at voltage levels 0.4-130kV and DC voltage systems for 110 and 24VDC. Examples of types of electrical equipment and facilities: stations, outdoor switchgear and GIS switchgear, power transformers, generators, switchgear and wiring, control equipment. Advice, technical support and the use of digital support systems are also included in the assignment. The supplier must be able to perform maintenance as a complete solution, but also parts of a maintenance effort.

Maintenance services refer to carrying out condition monitoring of facilities and, together with the client, preparing proposals for measures and carrying them out. The service provider must master existing types of digital media, support systems and documentation, both printed and digital. The assignment also includes ensuring certain spare parts maintenance.

Examples of services may be to perform:

condition monitoring of electrical installations (including special measurements such as diagnostics).

maintenance of electrical installations, (including uninterrupted maintenance (AMS method)

repair/replacement of electrical equipment/plant parts.

advice, analysis, investigation and technical support in matters related to maintenance.

corrective maintenance during regular working hours and other times in the form of troubleshooting, troubleshooting and repair

The purpose of the procurement is to conclude a framework agreement with a supplier.

Term

The agreement is expected to enter into force at the time of signing the agreement and is thereafter valid for 24 months.

The customer has the right but is not obliged to extend the agreement for two years at a time. The purpose is to have the opportunity during years one (1) and two (2) to evaluate the work carried out with the possibility of extending framework agreements for a maximum of six (6) years.
