The object of the order is: the collection of unsegregated (mixed) waste, including residues from the sorting of municipal waste and biowaste, and the collection and development of remaining selectively collected municipal waste from the owners of the property where residents reside from the area of the municipality Place Piastowe.

1) receiving municipal waste, as defined below, generated in the territory of the municipality of Place Piastowe:

originating from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside, collected in bags:

— unsegregated (mixed) waste, including residues from the sorting of municipal waste,

— collected in a selective manner of biowaste;

2) Receiving and landscaping of the following municipal waste produced in the territory of the Municipality of Piastowe, from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside, collected in bags and collected selectively: paper, metal, plastics, waste packing multi-stocked, glass, ash;

3) Receiving and landscaping of the following municipal waste, generated in the territory of the municipality of Place Piastowe, originating from the owners of the property where residents reside as part of the so-called mobile waste collection: expired medicines and chemicals, waste electrical equipment and electronic, used batteries and batteries, furniture and other large-sized waste, hose collected in selective collection containers belonging to the contracting officer, plastics, metal, multi-factory packaging, paper collected in selective collection containers belonging to the contractor ;

4) Receiving and landscaping of the following selectively collected municipal waste from the point of selective collection of municipal waste located in the municipality of Place Piastowe in the village of Targowiska, on plot no 1096/1: used electrical and electronic equipment, used batteries and batteries, expired medicines and chemicals, hazardous waste, furniture and other large-sized waste, spent tyres, construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste, plastics, multi-plant packaging, glass, metal, paper, waste not eligible for waste medical treatment arising in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes;

5) receiving municipal waste from containers for selective collection located in the municipality of Place Piastowe, i.e. green color (belonging to the contracting officer) of glass waste including packaging waste from glass, yellow color (belonging to the contractor) of waste including metals and plastics including metal waste and packaging waste from metals, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste and multi-plant packaging waste, blue (owned by the contractor) of paper waste including cardboard, waste packaging of paper and packaging waste from cardboard;

6) achieving certain levels of recycling and preparation for reuse of the following fractions of municipal waste: paper, metals, plastics and glass, achieving certain levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other non-hazardous methods construction and demolition waste, as well as limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, in accordance with disposition, Articles 3b and 3c ucpg;

7. Record keeping related to the contracted activities, i.e., inter alia, submitting reports to the contracting authority, in accordance with the disposition of Article 9n ucpg;

8) control of property owners in the field of collection of municipal waste in a manner not in accordance with the regulations of maintenance of cleanliness and order in the territory of the municipality of Place Piastowe.
