The tendered framework agreement concerns the procurement of different transport bags by the contracting entity. The bags must be used to store, protect and transport various items of material used in Danish police. The transport carcases — and the requirements therefor — are detailed in Annex 2.

Participation in the tender may be made only through the contracting entity's electronic tendering system as set out in point I.3. To access the tender, including to questions/answers, the economic operator must be registered or register as a user.
Rigspolitiet provides a 4-year framework agreement with one supplier regarding the procurement of various transport bags to Danish police. Specifically, the Framework Agreement concerns the purchase of the following bags as set out in Annex 2:
1. Gas mask bag,
2. Reaction Patrol Bash,
3. Multitaske,
4. Grabbagrucksack,
5. Marsikpolbag,
6. Mobile Effort Concept bag (MIK bag),
7. Vehicle First Aid Kit bag (VFAK),
8. Eye rinse bag, and
9. Group First Aid Kit (GFAK).
The tender is conducted as a joint tender between the Rigspolitiet and the Ministry of Defence Materiel and Procurement Board (FMI). The National Police shall be responsible for the full implementation of the tendering process and FMI has the right to draw on the framework agreement in respect of the following bags:
1. Reaction Patrol Bash,
2. Multitaske and
3. Grabbagbackpack.

The expected annual financial framework for the contract is DKK 2.5 million annually, or DKK 10 million over a 4-year period. The maximum value of the framework agreement is DKK 13 million.

No remuneration, fee or similar shall be granted for participation in the tender offer. Nor if contracting entities had to decide to cancel the tender without the award of contract.
