The aim of the present procurement project is to award a contract for the construction of an MRI center for Klinikum Bayreuth GmbH at the Preuschwitzer Straße site.

Components are the planning, construction and commissioning of the MRI center consisting of two MRI (1.5T & 3T) in modular design. Site plans and a system section are attached to the documents. The foundation of the building is carried out by the client.

At this point in time, the client has not decided on a type of financing. The contractor must set out the types of financing of the purchase and financing of the entire procurement project in his offer. In addition, proposals for optimising financing must be submitted.
