Stavanger, Sola, Randaberg and Sandnes Municipalities invite tenderers to an open tender contest for framework agreements for the purchase of food products.

The aim of the framework agreement is to cover the need that the industrial kitchens have for all types of food products.

The tender is divided into seven lots:

Lot 1: Dairy products

- Lot 2 Seafood

- Lot 3 Meat

- Lot 4 Eggs, fruits and vegetables

- Lot 5 Breads and baked goods

- Lot 6 Groceries and dry goods

- Lot 7 Groceries and dry goods for commercial kitchens in Stavanger municipality

The contracting authority is not a legal entity. The contracting authority uses joint tender documentation, but will enter into separate contracts with the winning contractor and shall be considered as four separate contracting authorities with different delivery and invoicing addresses.

The purpose of the framework agreements is to cover the need that the commercial kitchens have for the purchase of dairy products.

Examples of dairy products are milk, cream, yogurt and acidified products.

The aim of the framework agreement is to cover the need that the commercial kitchens have for the purchase of fresh fish and seafood products.

The contract includes whole and cut fish as well as all types of seafood. Seasonal products are also included in the price sheet, such as mackerel. The products must be fresh, raw materials, not previously frozen and then thawed.

All products are requested delivered in recycling packaging, not paper/disposable packaging.

The aim of the framework agreement is to cover the need that the industrial kitchens have for the procurement of fresh eggs, fruit and vegetables, (including fresh vegetable mixtures).

Stavanger, Sandnes, Sola, and Randaberg Municipalities invite tenderers to an open tender contest for framework agreements for the purchase of breads and baked goods. The aim of the framework agreement is to cover the need that the industrial kitchens have for the procurement of fresh bread and bakery products.

For the Stavanger municipality, bread will also be delivered to schools that are part of the school meals scheme. Items B1, B2 and B11 in the attached price form are the items that will be delivered to the schools. We reserve the right to make changes; quantities may be increased or decreased.

The contract includes, amongst other things, juice, coffee, tea, all types of dry goods, frozen fish and meat products, as well as frozen berries and vegetables.
