The construction work consists of the construction of the deep foundation/pile foundation of four three-storey service buildings (plus a technical sub-storey) on the area of the future northern extension of the Wilhelmshaven campus.
The gross floor area of a building is approx. 1,300 m² with a gross volume of approx. 13,000 m³. The work is to be carried out on a building-by-building basis.
In advance, up to approx. 1,500 m³ of topsoil on the construction sites of the buildings (2 construction plots with 2 buildings each) are to be removed and relocated to the area of the northern extension. Approximately 3,000 m³ of mineral mixture must be supplied and installed for the production of the later working level.
This is a construction work in accordance with VOB/A, Section 3 (VOB-VS).
- 96 piles per building (average assumed pile length approx. 18 m), for 4 buildings
- Cutting the piles (4 buildings x 96 stakes)
- Creation of a verifiable pile statics for each building (proof of internal load-bearing capacity)
- Integrity checks (for up to 10 piles per building)
