Guarding and gate service for the University of Music and Dance Cologne, Aachen location.

The subject of the contract is a service contract in 3 lots with a term of 6 years for security and gate service for the client at its following locations in accordance with the specification of services.

Guard service (control and locking service):

Locations

- Cologne: Unter Krahnenbäume 87, 50668 Cologne, and: ZZT department, Turmstr. 3 to 5, 50733 Cologne-Nippes,

- Aachen: Theaterplatz 6, 52062 Aachen,

- Wuppertal: Sedanstr. 15, 42275 Wuppertal.

Gate service:

Locations

- Aachen: Theaterplatz 6, 52062 Aachen (2-shift operation 7 days),

- Wuppertal: Sedanstr. 15, 42275 Wuppertal (1-shift operation 5 days and 2-shift operation weekend),

- Cologne: Unter Krahnenbäume 87, 50668 Cologne (only in absentia); ZZT department, Turmstr. 3 to 5, 50733 Köln-Nippes (only closing aisle in the evening).

The contract is divided into the following lots:

- Lot 1: Cologne,

- Lot 2: Aachen,

- Lot 3: Wuppertal.

It is permissible to submit offers for all lots. There is no limit to the number of lots for which a single bidder can win.

For technical reasons, the lot-wise publication takes place in separate project rooms at the NRW procurement marketplace. The present project space only concerns lot 2.
