Framework agreement with several participants for the execution of various study assignments (HVAC – Electricity - Gases).

In general, it can be said that the services to be performed can be described in the broadest sense of the word as study services, designs,

detailed studies, implementation studies and related activities to support the study services of the contracting authority, at least for the following subjects:

- HVAC (incl. sanitary facilities)

- Electricity

- Labogassen

After the award of the contract by the contracting authority, a framework agreement will be concluded with 3 contractors (if the number of suitable tenders is sufficiently large), after which the contracting authority can award contracts (orders) for specific projects.

In application of Article 43§5,2° Public Procurement Act, contracts are awarded to the contractors in 2 ways:

1. Ranked 1st

2. To the winner of the mini-competition

When the contracts are awarded through which system is described in the specifications.
