The Agency for Water and Sewerage Works shall ensure water deliveries during power cuts and thus require:

— seven emergency power aggregates;

— Options for the procurement of further emergency power aggregate(s);

— Assembly;

— Service and maintenance contract;

— Training operational personnel.
