The subject of the order is a service consisting of the collection of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited and non-inhabited property located in the municipality of Gródek nad Dunajcem and their transport and development.
As part of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to carry out accompanying services such as:
1. tidy of the site at the site of collection of waste,
2. purchase, proper marking and distribution (transfer) of bags for individual waste to the owners of the property,
3. detours along public roads
4. equipping parts of the property with containers,
The detailed scope of the contract and other requirements for the implementation of the service are specified in the SWZ together with the Annexes.
Estimated amount of waste to collect and use is: 1750.1 Mg
1. The scope of the order shall include:
1.1. collection of municipal waste from inhabited properties (single-family, homestead and multifamily development), uninhabited properties (works, commercial posts, service points, schools, institutions and other entities), as well as from public roads (provincial road, county roads and municipal), internal roads, squares and other objects listed in the detailed description of the object of the contract in the following fractions and quantities:
1.1.1. Mixed (unsegregated) municipal waste code 20 03 01 and waste from gardens and parks (including cemeteries) and other non-biodegradable waste code 20 02 03 in quantity of approximately 1038 Mg
1.1.2. The following types of waste collectively collected in a selective manner — 450,0 Mg:
a. Paper and cardboard waste, packaging waste from paper and packaging waste from cardboard (Code 20 01 01 01, 15 01 01 01 01) in quantity of approximately 20 Mg,
b. Metal waste, including packaging waste from metals, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste, and multi-plant packaging waste (codes 20 01 39, 15 01 02, 15 01 06, 15 01 05, 15 01 05, 15 01 04, 15 01 04, 20 01 40) in quantities of approximately 240 Mg,
c. Packs of glass code 15 01 07, 20 01 02 in quantity 180 Mg,
d. Biodegradable waste with particular regard to biowaste (code 20 01 08) - biowaste produced in the building in an amount of approximately 1 Mg,
e. Green biowaste (code 20 02 01, 20 03 02) in quantity of approximately 9 Mg,
1.1.3. Waste not listed above — 262,1 Mg:
a. Construction and demolition waste codes 17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 07, 17 02 01, 17 02 02, 17 02 03, 17 03 02, 17 04 01, 17 04 02, 17 04 03, 17 04 04 04, 17 04 05, 17 04 06, 17 04 07, 17 04 11, 17 05 08 08 08, 17 06 04 04, 17 08 02, 20 03 99 collected (transmitted) in bulk in quantity about 10 Mg,
b. Spent tyres of code 16 01 03 accumulated (transmitted) in bulk — in quantity of approximately 40 Mg,
c. Waste electrical and electronic equipment with codes 20 01 35*, 20 01 36, 20 01 23* accumulated (transmitted) in bulk in quantity of approximately 10 Mg,
d. Domestic hazardous waste (i.e. chemicals, used batteries and battery, and others) with codes 20 01 13*, 20 01 14*, 20 01 15*, 20 01 17*, 20 01 17*, 20 01 19*, 20 01 26*, 20 01 27*, 20 01 28*, 20 01 29*, 20 01 30, 20 01 33*, 20 01 34, 20 01 80 in quantities 0,1 Mg,
e. large-sized waste code 20 03 07 in quantity approximately 200 Mg,
f. municipal waste not listed in other subgroups (ash) of code 20 03 99 in quantity approximately 2 Mg,
2. Waste will be received:
2.1. from owners of permanently resident property and owners of cottages or other property used for recreational purposes — leisure use only for part of the year (approximately 1350,1 Mg) — the list of properties will be forwarded to the contractor before the signing of the contract, while the list of municipal, internal, county, provincial roads available to the contractor is presented in the annexes to the description of the subject of the contract.
2.2. from owners of uninhabited property, such as business activities, offices, health centers, hotels (approximately 300 Mg) — list of properties is indicated in the detailed description of the object of the order.
2.3. collection, export, disposal and development of municipal waste from areas intended for public use (provincial road 975, county roads and municipal road “Centrum” in the direction of “Ark” (approximately 100 Mg)
3. All types of waste must be received selectively so as not to mix the different waste fractions with each other.

5. The above quantities have been estimated on the basis of the amount of waste received in 2020 and 2021 and are primarily used to estimate the cost of implementation of the service.Contractors will be paid for the actual amount of waste received and developed.
