1. Description of the subject of the contract - CPV code: 30.20.00.00, 30.20.00.00-1, 30.21.14.00-5, 30.23.13.00-0
2. The subject of the contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of computer equipment for the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Warsaw, which is located in Warsaw.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract - constitutes Annex 1 to the Specification of the essential terms of the contract, hereinafter referred to as the Specification or the Terms of Reference - "Technical Specification".
4. The devices will be delivered without sealed housings with marked main components with the option of installing extensions without losing the warranty.
5. All equipment components must be brand new (not used).
6. All equipment must have complete appropriate wiring necessary to run individual devices.
7. All elements specified in the description of the subject of the contract must be an integral part of the equipment. The Purchaser does not allow the possibility of configuring the equipment with the help of external elements, except for the situation when the description of the subject of the contract clearly indicates this.
8. The equipment is to be delivered to the headquarters of the Employer and put into operation at the location indicated by the user.
9. If the Employer has described the subject of the contract in the documentation that is an attachment to the ToR (Annex 1 to the ToR) by indicating the trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a particular Contractor, if this could lead to the privilege or elimination of certain Contractors or products, unless justified by the specifics of the subject of the contract, as well as by means of standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, Contractors are obliged to offer materials / devices specified in the documentation or equivalent parameters of this type, but not worse than indicated. In case of doubt, the Contractor may act in accordance with the provisions of Art. 5 of this ToR.
10. The Awarding Entity allows submission of equivalent offers.
11. Contractors are required to become familiar with the subject of the contract.
12. Any inquiries regarding the subject of the order should be directed directly to the Ordering Party to the address provided in this Specification.
13. The Awarding Entity allows the submission of partial bids.
Therefore, each part (4 parts) specified in the ToR should be treated as a separate object of the contract (separate orders), all entries in the ToR regarding the offer should be understood as a partial offer. If the SIWZ does not contain a provision, the part of which relates to a specific article, paragraph, paragraph, condition, form, document, etc. - means that it applies to all parts.
14. The Awarding Entity does not allow submitting variants.
15. The Contractor is responsible for the quality of deliveries and components used.
16. If the software is installed on the computers, a separate media with the software should be provided for each computer unit together with the relevant certificate / license.
17. The Employer allows the possibility of changing the equipment proposed in the offer for an equivalent or better performance only if the equipment offered has been discontinued. New equipment should be agreed with the Employer.
