the purpose of this contract is the demolition and reconstruction of the Kremlin-Bicêtre police station (94270) for a floor area of about 2700m² with a service courtyard of about 680m².

The future police station is designed to accommodate 237 officers. A space dedicated to the public allows the reception of twenty additional people. The Establishment is a 5th category ERP with a labor code area.

the complex is located at 167 rue Gabriel Péri, 94270 Kremlin-Bicêtre.

The project consists of 3 levels in superstructure (RDC; R+1 and R+2) and 2 levels of infrastructure (basement -1 and basement -2). The basement allows the parking of 59 vehicles and 13 two-wheelers.
