The subject of the contract is the supply of multimedia projectors and HDMI/Ethernet converters with the right of option for the University of Gdańsk, hereinafter referred to as the "equipment".

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Appendix 6 to the Terms of Reference – Description of the subject matter of the contract.

1. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) classification code: 32322000-6 (multimedia equipment), 32260000-3 (data transmission equipment).

2. The subject of the contract is the supply of multimedia projectors and HDMI/Ethernet converters with the right of option for the University of Gdańsk, hereinafter referred to as the "equipment".

3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Appendix 6 to the Terms of Reference – Description of the subject matter of the contract.

4. The subject of the contract includes the supply of multimedia projectors and HDMI/Ethernet converters, carried out as part of:

1) basic contract,

2) a contract covered by the option right,

– in accordance with the quantities included in Table No. 1 of the Offer Form – Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference and the provisions of the draft agreement – Appendix No. 5 to the Terms of Reference.

5. Place of delivery of the equipment: Faculties of the University of Gdańsk located in Gdańsk, Gdynia and Sopot, in accordance with the information provided by the Ordering Party in the delivery schedule within 4 days from the date of conclusion of the contract or together with the submission of a declaration of intent to exercise the right of option, including a detailed list of Faculties, contact persons, type and quantity of the equipment supplied.
