The subject of the contract is to develop a complete multi-discipline project documentation for investment tasks called: Task 1: “General renovation of the training centre complex of the National School of Judiciary and Prosecutor's Office in Dębe,
in the commune Serock on plots no. 313/8 and 313/17, within 004 Dębe”, Task 2: “Construction, reconstruction and repair of the Dydactic Building “D” in the Training Centre of the National School of Judiciary and Prosecutor's Office in Dębe, in the municipality of Serock on the plot
No 313/17, within 004 Dębe” as well as responding to tender proceedings for works, supplies of equipment, and authorial supervision over the investment task and supply under the conditions laid down in the Agreement. The Contracting Authority intends to carry out separate proceedings for works and supplies. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annexes 2 and 3 to the OPiW.
1. The subject of the contract is to develop a complete multi-discipline project documentation for investment tasks under the name: Task 1: “General renovation of the training centre complex of the National School of Judiciary and Prosecutor's Office in Dębe,
in the commune Serock on plots no. 313/8 and 313/17, within 004 Dębe”, Task 2: “Construction, reconstruction and repair of the Dydactic Building “D” in the Training Centre of the National School of Judiciary and Prosecutor's Office in Dębe, in the municipality of Serock on the plot
No 313/17, within 004 Dębe “containing, in:
1) architectural and construction design,
2) land development project,
3) technical design,
4) the investor cost estimate together with the aggregate cost rate with breakdown
on assignments,
5) executive design,
6) interior design,
7) the object of works,
8) technical specification for the performance and acceptance of construction works (TWIORB),
9) BIOZ information,
10) electronic version of design developments,
11) other documentation necessary for the implementation of the investment task,
a detailed list of documentation with quantities contains a detailed description of the subject of the order,
and the provision of responses in the tender proceedings for works, supplies of equipment, and authorial supervision over the investment task and supply under the conditions laid down in the Agreement. The Contracting Authority intends to carry out separate proceedings for works and supplies. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annexes 2 and 3 to the OPiW.
2. Description of the needs of the Ordering Party and the characteristics of supplies, construction works
or services constituting the subject of the contract: In view of the need to meet the statutory requirements of the National School of Judiciary and Prosecutor's Office, it was decided to overhaul, improve the standard and create optimal infrastructure of the Training Centre in Dębe. The existing status of the property and the objects built on it are listed in detail and described in Annex 2 to the contract — basic information about the site. Details related to the description of the needs of the Ordering Party are exhaustively listed in Annex 4 to the Agreement — the programme assumptions of the Training Centre. However, the characteristics of the services are annex 1 to the contract — Description of the subject matter of the contract.
3. Minimum requirements for the description of the subject of the contract or execution of the contract, non-negotiable, which must fulfill all tenders: The Contracting Party informs that the scope of possible negotiations will relate to the method of settlement specified in § 7 (2) of the contract model, and this is the percentage share of salary
for individual stages. All other elements specified in the model contract and its annexes are not negotiable and the minimum requirements indicated
Annex 1 to the contract are included in Annex 1 — Description of the subject of the contract. advisable
in documentation, functional and utility parameters and parameters are minimal
and desirable. They should be adapted to the relevant requirements of the designed facilities in agreement with the Contracting Authority at the stage of reconciliation of the project documentation. The scope of the required design work indicated in the attached documents is not a closed catalogue, but a minimal point of view of the purpose to which the design documentation is intended to serve.

5. The method of execution of the subject of the contract shall be detailed in the model of the contract, which is Annex 3 to the OPiW.
