EAM Natur GmbH is planning a PV park on open spaces. For this purpose, the delivery, construction and commissioning of a PV park with a total of max. 18 MW feed-in power is to be put out to tender. The grid operator has given the photovoltaic park a feed-in commitment of 10 MW, which must not be exceeded. Further areas are in the planning stage and can be added in the course of the process. (max. 18 MW output). The PV system must not exceed a height of 3.0 meters. Necessary service and troubleshooting must be provided in the company.

The offer to be prepared in the course of the process for the turnkey project PV park (not yet expected in the participation process) includes a turnkey photovoltaic system including all components and services. In extracts, this includes:

- planning, design including yield forecast,

- Obtaining permits, such as B. Road closures for material deliveries (obtaining the building permit is not the subject of the offer),

- sample ramming and any necessary soil surveys,

- construction site overheads, construction site equipment,

- Securing the entry and exit of vehicles including the necessary permits,

- Delivery and assembly of the carrier systems, PV modules and inverters as well as all materials and components necessary for the complete commissioning of the PV park,

- Delivery and installation of the telecontrol system and communication systems according to the specifications of the network operator,

- Delivery and implementation of the DC cabling, AC cabling, fiber optic cabling,

- Earthworks and cable trenches up to the defined transfer point,

- All connections to the existing on-site transformer and transfer stations,

- equipotential bonding,

- Fencing of the premises with double wire mesh fence with door and gate systems including assembly,

- System insurance up to commissioning and acceptance,

- Commissioning and system certificate.

The order will be subject to the conditions precedent that

- signed lease agreements are available,

- the network operator has confirmed the connection,

- the client has passed a committee resolution to implement the project.
