With this tender, AlmenBo Aarhus wishes to obtain a tender for the construction of a general +55 co-housing community on Tåstrupvej in Harlev as a main contract with prior project development.

The community will be built in the southern boundary of Harlev town on areas that previously housed a nursery. The green touch is sought to be preserved with a view of fields and green areas.

+55 The cohousing community must to a greater extent than normal co-housing spaces accommodate a greater age range and on this basis, among other things, create a protection against loneliness among single people.

The contracting entity's requirements for contract terms are set out in the draft contract documents, while the performance requirements are described in detail in the technical specifications and the drawing documents.

the contract is concluded on the basis of AB18 and APP Project Development with the Contracting Entity's additions and deviations and according to contract terms specified in the tender documents' 'Draft contract'.

The target price for the main contract is DKK 49,650,000 excl. VAT

In the present tender, AlmenBo Aarhus wishes to obtain an offer for the main contract with project development in connection with the construction of a new +55 Co-housing community in Harlev.

The offer must include a price for participation in the project development phase and a percentage for contribution margin in the execution phase. The tender is conducted as a negotiated procedure. A negotiated procedure contains a restriction on participants (prequalification), which means that any economic operator can apply to participate, while only those applicants invited by AlmenBo Aarhus to submit a tender can submit a tender.

AlmenBo Aarhus has chosen to use the dalux tender system for the implementation of the tender process.
