The scope of the procurement is an intelligent prison solution for the Criminal Sanctions Agency as a service for the current and future Finnish prisons.

The solution includes software, devices and services, system adaptation, deployments and maintenance in accordance with the requirements set in the call for tenders and its appendices. The solution will implement provisions added to the Imprisonment Act and the Remand Imprisonment Act in 2015, which enabled the use of electronic services by prisoners.
