The service provider is not entitled to deliver a minimum quantity. The quantities stated in the survey statement are indicative and do not constitute any obligation to order from the contracting authority.

The service provider must have sufficient capacity, but cannot derive any rights from this. The orders are placed according to the needs.

The tenderer is obliged to provide a solution, hereinafter referred to as an overview of printed matter, which avoids that proofs must be approved again and again for repeat orders (= order whose layout is identical to previously ordered printed matter, eg letterheads). The printed matter overview can be a simple overview with reference number, volume prices, etc., online or in pdf. UCLL determines which printed matter must be included in this overview. The overview printed matter is included in the price. The orders will be made per order form based on the data supplied on the printed matter overview. On the printed matter overview the price, delivery and billing information is made available, which applies to the purchase order. This is included in the quotation.
