Joniškis Culture Center building spectator hall and stage technological equipment purchase is made in accordance with Joniškis Culture Center building (un. No. 4797-0000-2018) Joniškis, Žemaičių g. 14A, Final edition of the technical project for modernization of the final stage B (technical project attached) and technical specification of the auditorium and stage equipment of Joniškis Cultural Center (annex to the draft contract).
The purchase price is EUR 502 900.00 including VAT.

The tenderer shall submit with the tender:
1) the "Components of the Total Price of the Tender" (annex to the draft contract), justifying the price;
2) a completed delivery note. The Schedule will be used to determine the reasonableness of the supplier's bid price, to record the progress of the successful supplier's work, and to determine the price of abandoned / changed / additional works. Suppliers must evaluate all technical design solutions when evaluating the goods delivery note. If, in the technical design, the tenderer identifies works which he considers to be unlisted or unclear at which point in the list of activities to evaluate, the supplier must notify the contracting authority in writing. Suppliers are responsible for examining all tender documents, including clarifications and additions to the tender conditions. No claim will be made during the performance of the contract to change the amount or terms of the offer based on errors or omissions;
3) documents proving the conformity of the goods with the technical parameters indicated in the procurement documents and filling in the technical parameters of the goods;
4) documents proving that: a) the supplier is a manufacturer (eg a declaration); or b) the manufacturer or his representative agrees to sell the equipment specified in the supplier's offer to the supplier and authorizes the supplier to install the equipment specified in the supplier's offer repairs. The supplier may (b) submit contracts or agreements with other entities authorized by the manufacturer to perform warranty repairs on the equipment specified in the supplier's offer in order to comply with paragraph "and to perform warranty repairs on equipment covered by the supplier's offer".
