The object of this framework agreement is two services dedicated to the implementation of the Ile-de-France regional integration plan for disabled workers (PRITH) over the period 2021-2023:

- an assistance service for project management and implementation of the PRITH (lot 1);

- a communication service (lot 2).

The services concern the entire territory of Île-de-France.

Four main missions are expected:

1) support for steering and coordination;

2) support for the implementation of projects;

3) communication support;

4) diagnostic support.

An integration clause is provided for: a minimum number of 155 hours of integration must be carried out per year of implementation. If the technical proposal of the beneficiary presents a more efficient insertion action, this one applies (cf. CCAP). A questionnaire relating to the integration project must be returned (cf. DCE). The quality of the proposal relating to the performance in terms of integration is one of the award criteria (10/100). Maximum amount of 775,000 HT / 930,000 (TTC) for the entire duration of the contract.

The service is broken down into four main activities:

1) management of the existing website;

2) shaping of digital communication media and printing;

3) technical support for the organization of the annual partnership meeting;

4) catering.

Maximum amount of 225,000 HT / 270,000 (TTC) for the entire duration of the contract.
