Design & development, outsourcing and hosting of the Infolabo application.
The application includes:
— a user interface accessible from a computer or mobile phone (including directory and administration);
— various data import and export interfaces;
— mechanisms for “pushing” information to recipients on a subscription principle (phone notifications, emails, FTP repositories...);
— Web parts inserted into third-party portals.
Technical details are specified in the functional program.
The CNIEL wishes to entrust a service provider, through a contract, the following three inseparable technical packages: development (taking into account the existing one), outsourcing and hosting:
— design, development and recovery of application data in order to increase its quality, performance and scope:
—— resumption of data with four full years and the current year;
—— reduction of the time between taking into account the imported data and the different pushs;
—— improvement of the user interface and its adaptation to mobile devices in use;
—— improving the way in which reference and directory data are administered and managed;
—— modernization of data exchange interfaces with third parties while maintaining the possibility of using flat files;
—— improving the security of access and data;
—— the outsourcing of the application:
——— maintenance in operational condition A365 H24;
——— scalable and corrective maintenance;
——— On-Demand Analysis and Operations
——— performance control and availability level;
— application hosting and flow management;
— data must be stored in the European Economic Area (EEA) imperatively and preferably in France;
— the flows (data exchanges, mails, FTP, SMS), will not have to transit through assets outside the EEA.
