RM6098 - Lot 3 Software

Under this Call-off Contract the seller is supplying and reselling third-party goods and/or services from Microsoft and that the goods and /or services will be provided and supported directly by Microsoft.

The applicable end user licence (EULA) will be between the buyer and Microsoft direct and the buyer agrees to be bound by the EULA terms as set out by Microsoft.
