The subject of the contract is a service, within the meaning of Article 7 point 28 of the Public Procurement Law, consisting in covering insurance cover in the field of tort and contract liability insurance for ownership of property and business (voluntary insurance) and insurance of the Ordering Party's property and motor vehicle insurance (ZDMiKP in Bydgoszcz), from 01.06.2023. until 31.05.2025
