The Contracting Authority intends to acquire software update and maintenance services for the Seabed Database and the Marine Mapping System (hereinafter referred to as the "System") (hereinafter referred to as the "Services").

The services are described in detail in the "Technical Specification for software upgrade and maintenance services for the seabed database and marine mapping system" (hereinafter referred to as the "Technical Specification").

Services are distributed and organized in the following order:

1. Basic maintenance services to be provided on an ongoing basis in order to ensure the stable operation of the System;

2. Outsourced maintenance and development services, which shall be provided only on the basis of written orders from the Contracting Authority.
