4.1. The subject of the contract is the service of collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Jabłonna Commune

4.2. The scope and manner of implementation of the subject of the contract is specified (Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference) – Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) and Model contract constituting (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ).

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Jabłonna commune. The service also includes collection and management of municipal waste collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) run by the Ordering Party located in Tuszów (Journal of Laws No. 527/1, 528/1, 529/1, 529/2, 529/4), collection of bulky waste, the so-called exhibition organized twice a year in spring and autumn (in 2023 once in autumn) and free delivery of bags for selective waste collection municipal, i.e.: dry fraction and mixed fraction.

Delivery date: from 1 September 2023 to 31 August 2025.
