1. The subject of the contract covered by this proceeding is the collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate residing in the Municipality of bochnia in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023.

2. The order covers the collection and development of the entire stream of municipal waste from property owners residing from the Municipality of Bochnia in a way that ensures the achievement of the required levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and limitation of the mass of biodegradable waste transferred to storage.

3. Scope of service:

1) collection ("at source") and management of waste collected from the owners of real estate inhabited from the area of the Bochnia City Municipality:

(a) municipal waste remaining after segregation (mixed);

(b) collected in a selective manner of municipal waste collected selectively according to the following types:

− paper and cardboard;

− plastics;

− metal;

− glass;

− multi-cartriderical packaging;

− biowaste;

− spent batteries and batteries;

− consumed electrical and electronic equipment;

− furniture and other large-sized waste;

− worn tyres;

− expired drugs and chemicals;

− ash;

− fraction involving biowaste

2) collection of municipal waste collected in a selective manner as part of the "travelling collection" (from in front of inhabited properties) of the following fractions of waste: bulky waste (furniture, carpets, carpets, large toys, etc.), waste electrical and electronic equipment, used tires;

3) collection of hazardous waste, collected in a selective manner at the point of collection of expired medicines and transfer of expired medicines collected at the collection point to an authorized installation.

4) providing the owners of inhabited properties with the appropriate number of bags for selective waste collection within the offered price, i.e.: delivery of bags for separate collection in the colors specified in the regulations of the starter package and continuous delivery of bags during the term of the contract (on the basis of "bag for bag")

5) record-keeping related to the activities covered by the contract.

4. The Contractor is obliged to prepare and submit it to the Ordering Party for acceptance

within 5 working days from the conclusion of the contract for the schedule of municipal waste collection in the Bochnia Municipality for 2023.

2) Estimated amount of waste for 2023
