1. The object of the contract is the purchase and distribution of electricity for the purposes of the facilities of the organizational units of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship (comprehensive agreement).
2. The subject of the contract includes the supply of electricity and the provision of distribution services on the terms set out in the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) and implementing acts issued on its basis.
