The new construction of the police station of Horb is planned as a three-storey main building with a single-storey technical extension, which fits into the long side in the slope. The ground floor made of reinforced concrete with ETICS façade serves as a base for the overlying wooden construction of the two upper floors. A steel staircase is planned for each of the two stair cores. On the courtyard side, in the same length of the main building, there is a carport of solid reinforced concrete walls and ceilings, which withstand the slope behind it. Working and protective scaffolding of load class 3 and for assembly work on the façade and roof are carried out. The shell of the building consists of reinforced concrete on the ground floor on the 1st and 2nd floors of a timber frame or solid wood construction. Scaffolding is kept for approx. 36 weeks; approx. 1440 m2 working and protective scaffold as safety frame, load class 3, width class SW06; approx. 100 m2 working and protective scaffolding as roof scaffolding, load class 3, width class SW09; approx. 280 m2 protective scaffolding as roof scaffolding, load class 2, width classes SW06.
Only personnel who have previously been checked for reliability and have no negative indications may be used to perform the services.
