The subject of the contract is to provide licenses for system, utility and server software as well as public cloud computing services and support services.
A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in the Description of the Subject of the Order, which is Annex 5 to the Specification of Conditions of Procurement (SWZ), and in the Projected Conditions of the Agreement (PPU), which are Annex 4 to the SWZ.
1. The subject of the contract is to provide licenses for system, utility and server software, as well as public cloud computing services and support services
1.1. In the framework of the execution of the subject of the contract, the Contractor shall provide
a) Cloud computing resource packs together with a license to use these resources.
b) Software packages together with a license to use this software.
c) Software manufacturer support packages together with a license to use this support.
d) Implementation of Contractor support services by the Contractor's team of specialists
1.2. The software must belong to standard products — widely available on the market (Commercial off-the-shelf - COTS).
1.3. The scope of the order includes:
1) Package of 740 licenses, with validity not less than 28.02.2025, for the basic subscription package of communication services, security and client software - 1 pc;
2) Package of 30 licenses, with validity not less than 28.02.2025, for an extended subscription package of communication services, security and client software - 1 pc;
3) Package of 300 licenses, with validity not less than 28.02.2025, for subscription to the application building platform - 1 pc;
4) Package of 6 licenses, with validity not less than 28.02.2025, for Server operating system with management elements type I (each license for 16 processor cores) - 1 pc;
5) 4 license package, with validity not less than 28.02.2025, for Server operating system with management elements type II (each license for 16 processor cores) - 1 pc;
6) License for integrated development package - 1 pc;
7) Package of 8 licenses, with validity not less than 28.02.2025, for a relational database server (each license for 2 processor cores) - 1 pc;
8) License for a package of 2 880-units subscription package of cloud hosted services platform, with validity not less than 28.02.2025 - 1 pc;
9) License for the Manufacturer's support package to the resources listed above in points (1) to 8) above for use for a minimum of 330 hours (minimum 110 hours per year), with validity not less than 28.02.2025.
10) Contractor's technical support service package of up to 1,000 hours.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 5 to SWZ and in the PPU, which is Annex 4 to the SWZ.
The term of the contract:
The Contracting Authority provides that the contract will be executed for a period of 33 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, and it is required that the contract be executed within the period from the date of conclusion of the contract until the end of 28.02.2025.
At the same time, the Contractor is required to provide (including implementation) the resources of the basic contract referred to in point 4, Table 1, item 1-9 of Annex 5 to the SWZ, within a period of not less than 1 day and not more than 25 working days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement (in accordance with the Contractor's offer).
Resources referred to in point 4, Table 1, item 10 of Annex 5 to the SWZ (package of technical support services within the framework of the basic contract), and the resources referred to in point 4, Table 2, Annex 5 to the SWZ (contracts in the law of options), the Contractor shall be obliged to provide within 10 days Working from the receipt of the order.
