Ferde AS and Vegamot AS invite tenderers to a tender contest with negotiations for a toll service solution (TSP), which shall be used in connection with toll collection in Norway. Bompengeselskap Nord has an option for entering a separate contract for a toll service solution.

The system will receive priced transactions and ensure that these are balanced and/or invoiced. The system must be delivered as a solution-as-a-service with one contract for Ferde AS and one contract for Vegamot AS. The contract must cover issuer service with standardised deliveries, including a functionality for toll collection from customers, based on the number of toll cards registered by the toll companies. The contract also includes an option for a self-service customer portal. The description of the portal and customer requirements is given in Appendix 1.
