CONTRACT FOR THE DETECTION SERVICE OF THE PHOTO-READING OF WATER METERS AND SEWAGE DISCHARGES, MASSIVE REPLACEMENT OF METERS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES IN THE MUNICIPALITIES LOCATED IN THE PROVINCES OF ASCOLI PICENO AND FERMO, MEMBERS OF CIIP SPA.
1. survey of photo readings, using computer support, of about 190,000 counters every six months and about 200 counters every four months located in the municipalities members of CIIP spa in the provinces of Ascoli Piceno and Fermo indicated below:
Acquasanta Terme, Acquaviva Picena, Altidona, Amandola, Appignano del Tronto, Arquata del Tronto, Ascoli Piceno, Belmonte Piceno, Campofilone, Carassai, Castel di Lama, Castignano, Castorano, Colli del Tronto, Comunanza, Cossignano, Cupra Marittima, Fermo, Folignano, Force, Grottammare, Grottazzolina, Lapedona, Maltignano, Massignano, Monsampietro Morico, Monsampolo del Tronto, Montalto delle Marche, Montefalcone Appennino, Montefiore dell'Aso, Montefortino, Montegallo, Monte Giberto, Montemonaco, Monte Rinaldo, Monte Vidon Combatte, Montedinove, Monteleone di Fermo, Montelparo, Monteprandone, Monterubbiano, Montottone, Moresco, Offida, Ortezzano, Palmiano, Pedaso, Petritoli, Ponzano di Fermo, Porto San Giorgio, Ripatransone, Roccafluvione, Rotella, San Benedetto del Tronto, Santa Vittoria in Matenano, Servigliano, Smerillo, Spinetoli, Venarotta;
2. communication through methods chosen by CIIP spa customers (sms, email, phone call) of the day and time slot for reading the meters mapped as inaccessible or partially accessible;
3. detection of the GPS geographical coordinates of each meter;
4. Detection of meter accessibility: accessible, inaccessible, partially accessible;
5. Detection of any situations concerning the status of the supply in order:
- consumption and reading through notes codified by the offices in charge of CIIP spa;
- data relating to the personal data and / or technical data sheet of the user where these are incomplete or inaccurate for the consequent updating of the company archives (eg annotations relating to their position, reporting anomalies concerning the meter block eg absence of Messina tap, check valve, stop tap, etc.);
- to the additional data that CIIP spa may request from time to time;
6. affixing and/or replacing the barcodes installed on each meter in case of absence and/or deterioration of the same;
7. affixing of seals where non-existent;
8. control of ceased utilities in order to ascertain any tampering;
9. planning of a new collection attempt and related communication to Customers in the manner described in point 2 in case of failure to read;
10. reporting of any non-role counters identified during the reading round;
11. reporting of withdrawal points without counter (e.g. battery log);
12. validation of the readings by checking congruity with the photo taken;
13. timely replacement of counters reported faults during the reading round;
14. meter closing and reopening service due to arrears;
15. massive replacement of about 5,000 meters per year;
16. ascertainment of infringements of the Integrated Water Service Regulations, published on the http://www.ciip.it website, and possible preparation of a specific report with reporting of the same to the competent offices.
