The procurement concerns recruitment services. Mainly recruitment of industry-specific services in cleaning, customer service, machinery and transport to facilities located around our owner municipality. The majority of recruitments take place before the summer season when substitute staff are required for regular staff who are on vacation.
Assignments may cover all or parts of the recruitment process. However, UM can handle some recruitments on its own.
The procurement does not include the recruitment of members of management teams, senior managers, key functions or managers as the Ministry for Foreign Affairs has separate agreements for these positions.
The assignment involves acting as recruitment support. The seller shall deliver according to SSAM's current recruitment process and ensure that the right approach is followed.

Estimated volume
UM estimates that there will be about 100 recruitments per year. However, the majority of recruitments take place before each summer season when substitute staff are required for regular staff who have holidays. Assignments can cover all or parts of the recruitment process and some recruitments can also be handled by UM on its own.
Call-offs will be made as needed throughout the contract period.
No guaranteed volume is provided, which is why the estimated volume may both fall below and exceed real needs.
