Additional information:

1. The awarding entity shall apply the procedure specified in art. 24aa section 1 of the PPL Act.

2. The Contractor, within 3 days of posting on the platform the information referred to in art. 86 section 5 of the Public Procurement Law, provides the Employer with a declaration of belonging or not belonging to the same capital group as referred to in art. 24 paragraph 1 point 23 of the PPL Act. Along with submitting the statement, the Contractor may provide evidence that links with another Contractor do not lead to a distortion of competition in the contract award procedure - the above document should be posted on the platform. In the case of joint bidding by Contractors, a declaration of belonging or non-belonging to the same capital group shall be made by each of the Contractors.

3. The Contractor is obliged to pay a deposit of 16 500 PLN (in words: sixteen thousand five hundred zlotys).
