Contract for the provision and maintenance of Sailpoint licenses for the SailPoint IIQ product, with vendor expertise on the solution.

The contract is planned for EDF SA and its subsidiaries.

The maximum license volume is estimated to be 600,000 broken down as below:

- Resumption of the management of licenses already acquired, existing volume to date:

300,000 perpetual SailPoint IIQ licenses

50,000 SailPoint IIQ licenses acquired in 2023 by subscription

- Acquisition and maintenance of new SailPoint IIQ licenses, estimated volume 250,000 licenses

- Provide support for the SailPoint IIQ editor, SailPoin IIQ Expertise, and Integration Services
