The purpose of the procurement is to obtain a framework agreement with a supplier that can meet Uddevalla Energi's ongoing need for a demanded eco-labelled cleaning service throughout the contract period. The goal of the upcoming framework agreement is to achieve long-term cooperation that ensures access to a sustainable cleaning service, carried out in a professional manner.
The assignment includes ongoing cleaning services at the client's specified facilities, the total area is estimated to be approximately 5490 m2. The mission is described in more detail in Chapter 3. Requirements.
The annual volume is estimated at approximately two full-time positions, distributed among all of the client's facilities. Uddevalla Energi does not guarantee any volume, but the assumed supplier must have the capacity to be able to meet the customer's actual volume throughout the contract period.
