The purpose of this tender is to conclude an insurance contract with the Contractor or a Combination of Contractors for liability insurance and good employment insurance.

Each Contracting Authority receives an individual Policy for the

liability insurance and good employment insurance in accordance with the requirements as laid down in the Schedule of Requirements.

The Contracting Authorities intend to contract with one (1) Contractor. This Contractor must conclude an individual Policy for all contracting authorities for the benefit of the

liability insurance and/or good employment insurance. In addition, the Contractor must offer 100% coverage on the basis of its Registration in accordance with the requirements as included in the Program of Requirements (Appendix 6).

In short, each participant in this Tender therefore excludes an individual

Agreement with the Contractor.
