The objectives of this framework contract aim at the provision of services to support dissemination, exploitation and valorisation of research results for:

— the beneficiaries of EU-funded R&I project(s) in order to further support them in boosting and going beyond their dissemination and exploitation contractual obligations. The services will provide them advice and support to ensure the take-up of their results by the relevant ‘market(s)’ and/or the R&I ecosystem leading to impact creation; and

— the Commission in order to support of the policy and/or operational objectives. The services will focus on activities that build on and/or strengthen the existing dissemination and exploitation capacities and facilitate the monitoring of the impact creation in the R&I ecosystem.
