This contract is a service contract aimed at the designation of an external service for prevention and protection at work for the staff of the municipal administration of Liège, the CPAS of Liège and the Liège police zone in application of article II.3-13 of the code of well-being at work.
The general missions of the external occupational prevention and protection service relating to health surveillance and risk management consist of:
- health surveillance: examining the interaction between man and work, ensuring the health surveillance of workers, supervising the organization of first aid and emergency care for workers injured or injured. illness and report occupational illnesses;
- risk management: at the request of the City of Liège, the CPAS or the Liège police, provide assistance in the development, programming, execution and evaluation of the policy adopted by the dynamic system management and risk analysis, help to fulfill the various legal obligations, provide various training related to safety, hygiene and psychosocial load at work, carry out all kinds of measures in the workplace (measures of noise, dust, vibrations, solvents, environment, dosimetry), process intervention requests and support the city of Liège, the Liège police and the Liège CPAS on the policy of managing the psychosocial load at work.
The external prevention and protection service must be approved as such by the FPS Employment, Labor and Social Dialogue.
