The catering service must be provided for the learners of the school as well as the teachers / speakers / staff of the establishment. Meals are served on working days, from Monday to Friday according to the school calendar of the establishment (205 days on average) with the following distribution: - lunch: 36,000 during the opening period of the campus. - Evening meal: 9,000. - breakfast: 600. School calendar and enrolments are likely to vary throughout the market. A provisional calendar of staff is provided monthly, and adjusted as changes change.
