Inquiry for construction works in the field of hardening squares, hardening of the terminal at the Zamość-Bortatycze railway station.

The subject of the contract are construction works for the hardening of squares, hardening of the terminal at the Zamość-Bortatycze railway station.

The Employer requires that the subject of the contract carried out by the Contractors should be in accordance with Annex 1 to the request for quotation - Bill of Quantities and Annex 2 to the request for quotation - issued with a valid building permit issued to the Lublin Voivode from 12.12.2017. If necessary, the Contractor will be obliged to develop a replacement design in the scope covered by the inquiry.

1. The subject of the contract is construction works for the hardening of the terminal square at the Zamość-Bortatycze railway station.

2. The Awarding Entity requires that the subject of the contract carried out by the Contractors is in accordance with Annex 1 to the request for quotation - Bill of Quantities and Annex 2 to the request for quotation - issued with a valid building permit issued from the Lubelskie Voivode of 12.12.2017. If necessary, the Contractor will be obliged to develop a replacement design in the scope covered by the inquiry.

3. The contractor will perform the subject of the contract on the basis of project documentation, bill of quantities, arrangements of the contract, in accordance with the applicable detailed regulations and the art of construction together with the warranty period. The Employer recommends that the potential Contractor inspect the investment area before submitting the offer.

4. The Awarding Entity requires that the guarantee for completed works should be a minimum of 60 months (5 years) from the date of the final acceptance of the works.

5. Design documentation may indicate trademarks or origin for some materials and devices. The Purchaser allows submission of equivalent bids, and all goods specified in the documentation, coming from specific manufacturers, specify the minimum quality parameters and functionalities that the goods must meet to meet the requirements set by the Purchaser. By the entry regarding the minimum quality parameters of the requirements, the Purchaser understands the requirements of the goods contained in publicly available sources, catalogs, manufacturers' websites. Using the sample names of the manufacturer is only to clarify the level of expectations of the Employer in relation to a specific solution. The Purchaser, when describing the subject of the order, indicating the designation of a specific manufacturer (supplier) or a specific product, at the same time allows equivalent products with quality parameters and performance at least at the level of the parameters of the indicated product, thus recognizing any product with the indicated parameters or better. Using the names of manufacturers / products is for illustrative purposes only.

6. The Contractor who used an equivalent product is required to indicate in his offer which materials or devices have been replaced, and specify which materials and devices in their place are proposed, giving their technical parameters.

7. The Employer allows the Contractors to apply solutions equivalent to those described in this Request for Proposals. The Contractor, who in the offer refers to the use of equivalent solutions described in the Inquiry, is obliged to demonstrate that the construction works offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Employer. The obligation to demonstrate the equivalence of the offered solutions lies with the Contractor. In the event of a breach of this obligation - the Contractor's offer will be rejected.

8. The offered subject of the contract should be consistent with the above-mentioned documents and meet in particular technological and material requirements included in the full content of the inquiry. The envisaged requirements are minimum requirements.

9. The Contractor is obliged to additionally mark the place of investment implementation with a commemorative / information board developed in consultation with the Employer and made of material ensuring readability of the information for a minimum period of 6 years.

10. Technical acceptance of the subject of the contract will be made by the Employer, under the conditions specified in the contract. The pick-up will take place at the investment site. The acceptance shall take place after approval of the faultless technical acceptance report and after obtaining the occupancy permit (the necessity to obtain the occupancy permit lies with the Contractor in cooperation with the representative of the Employer).
