The current agreement of the Art & Antiques Insurance of the municipality of The Hague expires on 1 January 2024 at 00:00. For the conclusion of a new agreement, co-insurance has been chosen in which there is one lead insurer and one or more follow-on insurers, unless the tender leads to coverage by one insurer. In that case, there is no longer any question of co-insurance.

The objective is to conclude a single insurance contract with as many contractors as necessary, in order to achieve full coverage of the sum insured as indicated in this paragraph. This is based on BIPAR principles, in the sense that the risk can be fully signed with follow-on shares based on the premium offered by the commissioned follow-up insurer(s). The insurance contract will be subject to Dutch law.
