Collection, transport and management of waste with the code 19 12 12 in baled form in the amount up to 2800 Mg and in the form of bulk in the amount up to 4200 Mg

The subject of the order is the collection, transport and management, in the process of recovery or recycling, of waste code 19 12 12 — Other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 5, which is an integral part of the SWZ.

Collection, transport and handling of waste up to 400 (part 1)

The subject of the contract is receipt, transport. and the management, in a recovery or recycling process, of waste with code 19 12 12 - Other wastes (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11. The waste prepared for collection will be in the form of compressed cubes, the dimensions of the bale are approx. 100 x 100x 75 cm. The average weight of one bale of waste is approx. 350-550 kg. The amount of waste that will be transferred to the Contractor during the term of the contract will be up to a maximum of 400 Mg and the minimum amount will be 380 Mg. Waste generated in the process of manual and automatic over-sieve fraction > 80 mm, (magnetic and optopneumatic separator) from non-segregated municipal waste (code 20 03 01), packaging waste (from group 15). The waste code 19 12 12 may contain inclusions in the form of: waste paper, plastics, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, glass, wood, bio-waste, textiles. Waste collection will take place from Monday to Friday from 7.00 to 17.00 in the amount specified by the Ordering Party, sent by e-mail or telephone to the Contractor's representative. Waste stored on the yard, without a roof. The quantities of waste to be collected will be reported at least one day in advance. The daily minimum amount of waste ready for transfer is about 40 Mg, the maximum amount of waste will not exceed 100 Mg. The Ordering Party reserves the right, after prior arrangement with the Contractor, to indicate other dates and hours of collection. Waste collection will take place from the area of the Regional Waste Management Plant Sp. z o.o. Staroprzygodzka 121, 63 - 400 Ostrów Wielkopolski. Loading of waste is on the side of the Ordering Party. Weighing of waste collected by the Contractor will take place on a legalized scale of the Ordering Party, located in the Ordering Party's plant and will be confirmed by the GIN document. The amount of collected waste will be confirmed in the BDO system each time using Waste Transfer Cards. These documents will constitute the sole basis for determining the amount of waste collected between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor. The detailed scope of the Contractor's rights and obligations is regulated by the Draft Agreement. The Ordering Party does not have current laboratory tests of the above-mentioned waste.

The amount of waste that will be transferred to the Contractor during the term of the contract will amount to a maximum of 600 Mg and the minimum amount of waste collected will be 580 Mg. Waste generated in the process of manual segregation and automatic over-sieve fraction > 80 mm, (magnetic and optopneumatic separator) from non-segregated municipal waste (code 20 03 01), packaging waste (from group 15). The waste code 19 12 12 will contain inclusions in the form of: waste paper, plastics, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, glass, wood, bio-waste, textiles. Waste collection will take place from Monday to Friday from 7.00 to 17.00 in the amount specified by the Ordering Party, sent by e-mail or telephone to the contractor's representative. Waste stored on the yard, without a roof. The quantities of waste to be collected will be reported at least one day in advance. The daily minimum amount of waste ready for transfer is about 40 Mg, the maximum amount of waste will not exceed 150 Mg. The Ordering Party reserves the right, after prior arrangement with the Contractor, to indicate other dates and hours of collection. Waste collection will take place from the area of the Regional Waste Management Plant Sp. z o.o. Staroprzygodzka 121, 63 - 400 Ostrów Wielkopolski. Loading of waste is on the side of the Ordering Party. Weighing of waste collected by the Contractor will take place on a legalized scale of the Ordering Party, located in the Ordering Party's plant and will be confirmed by the GIN document. The amount of collected waste will be confirmed in the BDO system each time using Waste Transfer Cards. These documents will constitute the sole basis for determining the amount of waste collected between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor. The detailed scope of the Contractor's rights and obligations is regulated by the Draft Agreement. The Ordering Party does not have current laboratory tests of the above-mentioned waste.
